Daily Tournament Update from Friday, October 15

A crazy day of Hand & Foot Canasta in the first and only online Daily Duplicate Hand & Foot Tournament, exclusive to HFFE members! We continue to have an impressive turnout as we start our third week of play so thanks to everyone for playing!

Friday was INSANE! The computer opponents were on fire. They were so good that we’re going to have to subject them to mandatory performance enhancing drug testing.

In our SOLO tournament ONLY 3 of our 16 players were able to beat Seymour, and that is exactly what rebecca305 did. Clearly, rebecca305 knew something else the rest of the field did not as the win margin was a positive 3,515 (great playing)! Linda24 and georgetown74 were also able to get past the computer players but by only 480 and 615 points. Angie62 and michelle21 rounded out the top 5.

In our TEAM tournament, it was a blood bath (pardon the violent metaphor). None of our fearless human players were able to triumph over our digital foes. Terri227 scored the highest, followed by paul402, angie62, kathryn305, and KathyMom to complete the top 5.

In the October Monthly standings, georgetown74 leads in both the SOLO and TEAM point standings with KathyMom in second for the SOLO tournament and terri227 moving into second for the TEAM tournament.

No matter how you did for the Friday tournament the daily scores reset and we get to do it all over again today.
